Todd Purcell is the Head of Digital Banking, Marketing & Experience at Webster Bank, a top performing $30B mid-size bank in the northeast. In this role, Todd leads a team of digital experts driving digital transformation across the Bank to acquire, service, retain and grow customer relationships.
Todd has over 25 years of experience as a digital strategy and marketing executive with the demonstrated ability to define and execute a compelling vision to drive digital transformation. He has held senior leadership positions at MetLife, EY, The Hartford, USAA, Smith Barney, American Express, and JP Morgan Chase acting as an evangelist for the power of creating a truly connected customer experience across sales, marketing and servicing.
He lives in Avon, CT with his wife, Staci son their rescue dog, Remi with two sons attending college at Cornell University. Todd enjoys running and is a lifelong Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys fan.
