Maria is the Sr. Manager and Technical Lead of the Drupal development team at Insulet Corporation, which makes tubeless insulin pumps for people with diabetes. Insulet leverages Drupal 9 on Acquia Cloud to integrate our customer flows with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and to provide an advanced editor experience for our Marketing team via Drupal core Layout Builder. After a long career with networking start-ups and a break to raise children, Maria started her own small web development agency with some female partners, specializing in Drupal sites. Now that her children are older, she’s gone back into the corporate world still using Drupal to make the world a better place. For fun, Maria does fiber arts, tries to train her rambunctious puppy, and reads too many books.
